Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TowMasters Corp ("TowMasters", "we", "us") governing your use of the TowMasters mobile app and web platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

TowMasters is towing dispatch and fleet management software for towing companies, including call dispatching, driver and truck management, customers, invoicing, inspections, and reporting.

Accounts

Accounts are created for company staff by a company administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions, Length & Pricing

TowMasters offers auto-renewable monthly subscriptions. Each plan runs for a one-month period and provides the following during each period:

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the exact price and period are always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same one-month period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device.
• Changing plans (upgrade or downgrade) takes effect according to Apple's standard subscription rules for the shared subscription group.

Payments You Collect

If your company uses the Square integration to collect payments from your own customers, those transactions are processed by Square under Square's terms; you are responsible for your use of that integration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other companies' data, interfering with the platform's operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by TowMasters and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active. The data you enter remains yours.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TowMasters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
