TowMasters Corp ("TowMasters", "we", "us") provides towing dispatch and fleet management software for towing companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information the TowMasters mobile app and web platform collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TowMasters you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information

  Your name, email address, phone number, company, and role, provided when your administrator creates your account or you sign in.

• Operational data

  Dispatch calls, customers, vehicles, invoices, payments, inspections, and other records you enter to run your towing business.

• Location data

  When you enable it, your device location is used to assign and route calls to drivers and to show live positions on the dispatch map. Location is collected only while you are signed in and using the app for dispatch.

• Device & usage data

  Basic technical information such as device type, app version, and diagnostic logs used to keep the service running reliably.

How We Use Information

• To operate the dispatch, fleet, billing, and reporting features you use.
• To assign calls, route drivers, and display live location to your team.
• To process subscriptions and payments and to keep your plan active.
• To provide support and to secure and improve the service.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple Account; we do not receive or store your card details for those purchases. Where your company collects payments from its own customers through Square, that processing is handled by Square under Square's terms and privacy policy.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: the users within your own company account; service providers that help us run the platform (such as Apple for in-app purchases and Square for payment processing); and where required by law. Your operational data is kept private to your company and is not shared with other companies on the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact below).

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your Choices

You can turn off location sharing in your device settings. You can ask your company administrator to update or remove your account, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

Children

TowMasters is a business tool intended for use by companies and their staff. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
